All designs, product images, and descriptions are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from actual products due to screen differences or batch variations.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website only.

Full payment must be made at checkout via available online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Ratnai is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect shipping addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

Only defective or wrong items are eligible for return/replacement.

Request for return must be made within 3 days of receiving the product, with proper photo proof.

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
